Homebase is built to know as little about you as possible. There are no accounts, no ads, no tracking, and no third-party analytics. The app works fully offline. This page explains the little that's left.
Who operates Homebase
Homebase is operated by Trevor Ringle, a sole proprietor based in Illinois, United States. You can reach us any time at homebase@owedge.app.
Your training data stays yours
Your profile, program, workout history, notes, and body-weight entries are stored on your device. If your device is signed into iCloud, that data also syncs to your private iCloud database so a new phone can restore it. That database belongs to your Apple Account — we have no ability to read, access, or share it.
Apple Health
With your permission, Homebase writes finished workouts (and weigh-ins, if you log them) to Apple Health, and reads your body weight to improve calorie estimates. Health data is handled entirely on your device, is never sent to us or anyone else, and is never used for advertising or marketing. You can revoke access at any time in the Health app.
Purchases
Subscriptions are processed by Apple. To manage subscription state, Homebase uses RevenueCat, a subscription-management service, which receives your purchase receipt and a random app-generated identifier. This identifier is not linked to your name, email, or identity — we never ask for those. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.
Notifications
Workout reminders and rest-timer alerts are local notifications scheduled on your device. They never touch a server.
What we don't do
- No accounts or sign-in of any kind
- No analytics or tracking SDKs
- No advertising, ever
- No selling or sharing of data — we don't hold any to sell
Children
Homebase does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app removes its data from your device. Data synced to your private iCloud can be removed from iOS Settings under your Apple Account's iCloud storage management. Questions? Email us.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its effective date. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
