These terms are an agreement between you and Trevor Ringle, a sole proprietor based in Illinois, United States ("Homebase", "we"). By using the Homebase app, you agree to them.
Homebase is not medical advice
Homebase provides fitness programming and tracking for general informational purposes. It is not medical advice, and no part of the app is a substitute for guidance from a physician or qualified health professional. Consult your doctor before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition or injury. Exercise carries inherent risk — you participate at your own risk, and you should stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
Subscriptions
Homebase Pro is an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or annual) purchased through Apple and billed to your Apple Account. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store settings. Prices are shown in the app and the App Store before purchase; promotional offers, when available, are governed by their stated terms. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Homebase on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the app or any part of it.
Intellectual property
Homebase, its design, illustrations, and content are owned by us and protected by applicable law. Your training data is yours.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Homebase is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for injury or loss arising from your use of the app or participation in any exercise it suggests.
Termination
You can stop using Homebase at any time by deleting the app. We may discontinue the app or these terms with reasonable notice; your subscription remains governed by Apple's policies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
If these terms change, we'll update this page and its effective date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
